Happiness doesn't mean that everything is absolutely excellent every moment of the day, it means that you're grateful for the place you're in, that you would be able to see some good in your present situation.

 That at your core, you are feeling stable, complete, and enough - just as you are. Happiness is being in your alignment. Find happiness within yourself.

It's being in a state of appreciation, love, and feeling good, not due to what's happening at that moment but because of who you are.

Finding True Happiness in Life


Happiness is life's most desired purpose. However, we are able to never achieve it whereas we proceed to look outside ourselves, as it's an inside job.


All through our evolutionary journey, now we have tried every strategy possible and searched nearly everywhere in our quest for true happiness in life. 

We've had some great experiences and realized quite a bit alongside the way in which, but now we have never found what we're looking for.
